A BETTER QUESTION

You know what your wealth is worth.
Do you know what it costs?

Management fees are only part of the story. Custody, underlying products, dealing and foreign exchange can add further layers. Cash and deposit pricing can be less visible still: look at interest received, retained spreads and any fees charged on cash. Bring the evidence together in one clear view.

Understand the calculation and assumptions

Gross saving = portfolio × assumed reduction ÷ 10,000. Net benefit = gross saving − total service fee. ROI = net benefit ÷ service fee × 100. Payback assumes savings accrue evenly from implementation. Assumes constant assets, the same service, an immediate reduction lasting 12 months and no additional costs. No investment returns or tax benefits are included. A reduction may be zero. Proposed consumer prices include any applicable VAT. Clarity does not include negotiation or implementation. The fixed £1,500 charge applies even when savings are zero. At £100m, figures remain arithmetic illustrations, not evidence that a particular reduction is available.

GOOD QUESTIONS. CLEAR ANSWERS.

Before you begin.

How do the two packages differ?

Clarity costs £1,500 and includes your cost analysis, recommendations and a practical banker brief. Delegate adds negotiation for £1,500 fixed plus 50% of verified first-year fee savings. The fixed charge covers technology and resources; it is separate from the success fee. Both begin with a team-reviewed report within 24 hours of your complete, readable submission.

Do I need to change banks?

No. Start by understanding the costs of your existing relationship. The comparison tool can assess revised terms at the same bank or another institution. A lower price alone does not establish that a different bank is suitable.

Are the savings guaranteed?

No. The calculator is an adjustable illustration. Actual savings depend on your existing terms, the agreed service and implementation. Savings may be zero.

What is working in early access?

Your private workspace, document uploads and dummy-card checkout work in test mode. Once you submit your documents, you see a confirmation and delivery deadline while our team prepares the report. Findings are shown only after the team releases them. Real payments and live bank outreach are not connected.

What happens during the 24-hour review?

We review your documents, reconcile fee categories and prepare a plain-English report with clear recommendations. Your workspace shows your submission time and delivery deadline. If we need clearer or missing documents, we tell you what is needed; we do not silently restart the clock. The 24-hour promise covers the report, while negotiation and bank response times take longer.

Can you negotiate on my behalf?

Delegate includes this service. Before bank outreach can start, the operating business needs an agreed engagement, a limited client authority accepted by the bank and a connected communication workflow. The current application prepares and records the case; it does not contact your bank.
